1 Ib bulk sausage cooked and drained
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp ground paprika
1/2 Ib grated cheese
12 eggs
Cook sausage and put in food processor (or finely chop), add sour cream, mustard, and paprika, blend lightly. Place half of the cheese in 9" x 13" pan, place sausage mixture on top. Chill overnight or freeze. Beat 12 eggs and pour on top of mixture, sprinkle on the rest of the cheese and bake at 325 for 50 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.

1 Ib ground beef- browned & drained
1 package Lipton Onion Soup mix
2 - 8oz cans tomato sauce
2 - 8oz cans diced tomatoes
1 tsp, sugar
2 bay leaves (mushrooms if desired)
2 cups of water
2 cups chicken broth (1 can)
1 - 16oz package soup vegetables (Hanover frozen-thawed)
1 - 12oz can V-8 (add late in cooking)
Mix all of the above - bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1/2 - 3/4 hour or until vegetables are tender. Recipe can be doubled and frozen. Enjoy!!!!

3 cans of Buttermilk Biscuits (30 biscuits)
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick Margarine
1 Cup brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon. Coat each biscuit individually in the sugar mixture. Butter or spray with Pam, a bundt cake pan. Place coated biscuits, in circle close together in pan. Melt margarine, add brown sugar and stir until well blended. Pour over biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until biscuits separate from sides of pan.
